Creature Carnival Tour is coming to the Orpheum!

World renowned dancetronica trio Beats Antique have called upon fellow sonic visionaries Simon Posford (Shpongle), Emancipator, and singer/emcee Lafa Taylor to create the Creature Carnival tour – a collaborative event with spectators and performers alike.

“We want to take our fans on a journey,” notes David Satori of Beats Antique. “Now with the Creature Carnival, we plan to get the audience in a more dynamic, psychedelic, and participatory role than ever before.”

The night begins with a set from Lafa Taylor – who then morphs into the Carnival’s enigmatic ring leader for the evening. Beats Antique, Emancipator and Shpongle have each taken us on deep musical journeys during prior visits. This will be our first chance to see Lafa showcase his blend of upbeat hip hop with deep, visceral bass music.

Any of these artists are worth seeing. Taken together, this night will be an experience that’s not to be missed or forgotten.  October 15th, 8pm.
