Preview: Eef Barzelay at Cafe Montmarte

If you know who Eef Barzelay is then you probably already know about Clem Snide – a music project featuring Eef Barzelay as singer/ songwriter/ guitarist and various great side musicians.

I’ve got the Clem Snide album, Soft Spot – and I like it a lot. This album is in regular rotation for my mellow times – like Sunday mornings —- or Thursday evenings in a fine small local cafe.

However, Eef recently retired the Clem Snide project, and now records and tours under his own name. In fact, he recently released a new album – Lose Big, and the tracks I’ve heard on myspace sound great.

Well, I’m a sucker for singer / songwriter musicians, aren’t you?
I certainly recommend that you join me at Cafe Montmarte on Thursday evening. You’ve been there; you know that this is a real intimate venue.
